Optimum Talent Welcomes Two New Coaches to its Quebec City Office

Québec -- February 5, 2013 --

Mr. Pierre Martineau, Vice-President of Optimum Talent’s Quebec City office, is pleased to announce that Ms. Anne-Pierre Paquet and Mr. Claude Provencher have joined its executive coaching team.

Anne-Pierre has more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur. She was owner and general manager for P.E. Poitras services d’expositions, a company specializing in trade show support, before its acquisition in 2007 by a multinational company. Over the course of her career, Anne-Pierre has demonstrated the ability to uncover the talents of numerous managers and has incited them to surpass themselves to meet organizations’ needs. She was responsible for the implementation of strategic plans, continuous improvement systems and procedures as well as best practices.

Person of the Year of the Jeune chambre de commerce in 2008, Anne-Pierre specializes in coaching entrepreneurs and senior executives who are coping with delicate issues as well as professionals who are going through career transitions or facing any other situation that relates to management challenges. Anne-Pierre holds a bachelor’s degree in administration-marketing from Laval University and is in the process of completing her Master’s degree in organizational management and development. She holds a certification from the “Coaching de gestion” school, where she is also training corporate managers.

Claude Provencher has more than 25 years of experience in Quebec’s public service as a manager in numerous ministries and organizations, including 10 years as Assistant Deputy Minister. Known for his ability to manage people, he has held strategic positions allowing him to truly understand the political dimensions in organizations.

Claude holds a Master’s degree in public administration and has acquired individual and team coaching training, both recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). His coaching approach is one that advocates active listening, integrity and genuineness, which in his perspective become the foundation for talent optimization.

We are convinced that with their vast experience in coaching and management, Anne- Pierre and Claude will greatly contribute to Optimum Talent’s expansion in Quebec City.
