Optimum Talent Appoints Nathalie Francisci as Senior Vice President, Talent Management Services

Optimum Talent, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services (Canada) Group Inc., announced today Nathalie Francisci as its new Senior Vice President for Talent Management Solutions in Montreal, Quebec.

Nathalie FrancisciFrancisci joins Optimum Talent with more than 25 years of experience with several large talent management companies, specializing in recruiting and assessing senior executives and board members in the private, public and non-profit sectors across Canada and internationally.

In her new role, Francisci will be focused on business development efforts in governance, talent development, and diversity for leadership, assessment and development and executive search. She will work closely with executives and board members of public and private companies, as well as Crown corporations, to help advise them on all their talent needs.

“In addition to her vast expertise in talent management, Nathalie has been writing for nearly 20 years on the topic of leadership and talent management for various media outlets in Quebec. She is often invited to speak at major events happening in Quebec and is involved on numerous boards of directors and advisory committees.
