Optimum Talent announced today two new appointments in its Montreal office. Cherine Zananiri is appointed Vice President, Executive Search and Nathalie Langis joins the Optimum Talent team as Vice President and Practice Leader, Career Management. These two appointments are effective immediately.

Cherine brings to Optimum Talent over 20 years experience in talent acquisition, training and development. She has led strategic recruitment initiatives and multi-disciplinary teams as well as being exposed to a broad array of industries and business leaders. She has a gift for building relationships by ensuring a commitment to excellence, by taking a big-picture view of business and executive leadership, and by striving to deliver exceptional service. Her experience in consulting is strengthened by leading Human Resources at Richter, by establishing from the ground-up the Career Centre at John Molson School of Business and lecturing part-time at Concordia University. Cherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Graduate Management Diploma, both from McGill University. She is also a mentor and coach for YES (Youth Employment Service) and to female MBA Students.
Nathalie Langis holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal and has nearly 15 years of experience in organizational development and human resources. Prior to joining Optimum Talent, she held the position of Practice Leader, consulting services at Illico Hodes. She also held the position of Director at SECOR and worked more than five years as Senior Consultant and Practice Leader, communications and organizational development for Normandin Beaudry. Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, she is certified Coaching for Great Work Program Leader. She sits on the board of directors of Baluchon Alzheimer and is a volunteer coach for the Fondation du maire: le Montréal inc. de demain.
