Optimum Talent Announces the Appointment of Pierre Touchette as Vice President and Practice Leader, Executive Coaching, Quebec

Optimum Talent announced today the appointment of Pierre Touchette as Vice President and Practice Leader, Executive Coaching, Quebec. He will be responsible for leading the executive coaching practice as well as positioning Optimum Talent as a highly respected executive coaching and leadership coaching service provider, maintaining its reputation for excellence. He will also be responsible for the implementation of its business plan.

With nearly 20 years of coaching experience, Pierre Touchette has held several strategic positions in major Canadian companies, including the positions of Regional Manager and Executive Coach within the Senior Vice President’s office of the Quebec division at Bank of Montreal. An entrepreneur since 2000, Pierre worked as a coach with diversified organizations of all sizes. He lectures to undergraduate and MBA students at HEC Montréal and regularly hosts seminars and conferences on coaching.

Pierre Touchette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and pursued MBA studies at Dalhousie University in Halifax. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and ICF Quebec.
