Robert Racine becomes Vice President, Team Management. Robert has been in executive search for more than 17 years. His considerable experience in a range of industries including the public sector brings added value and is recognized as such by both clients and candidates. He is known for his strategic vision, his knowledge of change management in the context of mergers, acquisitions and disinvestment and his ability to assess the business challenges facing organizations of all sizes.
Nathalie Dallaire becomes Vice President, Executive Search. With
20 years’ experience in politics and with financial markets, Nathalie has built her success on her ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with professionals from business, cultural, community and university sectors. Known for her rigorous approach and keen analytical thinking, she is passionate about senior executive career development and about developing human potential.
Claudia Pascu is appointed Vice President, Executive Search and Content. Claudia is a member of the Ordre des CRHA and has 12 years’ experience recruiting executives on the national and international scenes. She is known for her unique ability to deliver in-depth analysis and to understand complex challenges. She excels in sectors associated to artificial intelligence, biotechnology, health, retail, entertainment, marketing and technologies, among others.

Bruno Ouellette is appointed Vice President, Executive Coach. He carries out organization development mandates for international firms and develops customized leadership programs. He is able to draw from his strong experience with top athletes and use his understanding of the corporate environment to inspire hundreds of leaders and individuals with a high potential.
