Optimum Talent is delighted to welcome Jeff Cole

Optimum Talent, Canada’s largest privately-owned integrated talent management firm, is pleased to announce the arrival of Jeff Cole, Vice President, Client Relations and Commercial Development. He will be responsible for collaborating with organizations in designing talent management solutions involving evaluation, leadership development as well as recruitment and career transition and management.

With over 20 years experience in talent management and development, Jeff Cole has undertaken and overseen projects throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. During his professional career, he discovered a deep passion for organizational development, leadership development as well as business transformation and disruption. More specifically, his primary areas of expertise entail high potential identification and development, succession planning, as well as profound understanding of the integration of next-generation (Millennial) leadership in a multi-generational context.

Jeff completed his undergraduate degree in Business and Psychology at the University of Richmond in Virginia (USA). He completed post-graduate coursework in Leadership at the Université du Québec à Montréal as well. He also holds a certification in executive coaching.
