Appointment of Manon Deschênes as Senior Director, Career Management and Work Psychology – Quebec City Office

Mr. Pierre Martineau, Vice President, Quebec City is pleased to announce the appointment of Manon Deschênes as Senior Director, Career Management and Work Psychology.

Occupational psychologist for over 15 years, Ms. Deschênes holds a Masters in Psychology and has acquired a broad experience in consulting, most particularly in career management and work psychology. Having completed a large number of consulting mandates and hundreds of assessments, Ms. Deschênes has a vast expertise in assessment and evaluation.

Throughout her career, Ms. Deschênes has coordinated amongst other things a career center for a telecommunications company and assisted several managers and professionals in effectively managing their careers in terms of project development, succession planning and transitions. She is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec as well as the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. She is recognized as a dynamic consultant engaged in her business community and always striving to provide personalized client services.
