Our Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

At Optimum Talent, we care deeply about our colleagues, clients, and communities. We take the evolving nature of the coronavirus very seriously. While the risks and long-term impacts are difficult to quantify, we will continue to take the appropriate steps to safeguard the businesses and people we serve. One thing that is certain: our collective leadership will be a critical part of the solution as we navigate and recover together.

Our vision remains the same: to create a better world through better workplaces and assist client organizations to achieve success through people.

Optimum’s offerings will be made accessible both in-person and remotely to clients regardless of their physical location. We do not anticipate significant interruptions to services and are fully committed to maintaining a safe environment for all visitors.

Effective March 16th, 2020 – until further notice:

OFFICE:

• 100% work from home.  Our objective is to reduce the density of people in any area, thereby reducing and slowing the spread of germs.
• Meetings with our clients will be held using the telephone, Zoom, and other online conference applications as required unless otherwise noted.

CONFERENCE + EVENTS:

• Any and all attendance to conferences, networking events, etc. are highly recommended to be canceled.

BUSINESS + PERSONAL TRAVEL:

• All business, non-essential domestic + international travel is suspended.
• Any colleague traveling for personal reasons to and from any destination outside of Canada needs to ensure that Optimum Talent is aware of their travels. Self-quarantine measures are in place and will be made mandatory as a guideline from trusted Canadian sources.
