We are currently seeking a Leadership, Assessment, and Development Project Lead who will be responsible for leading the management of key projects, being the direct interface to the client throughout the lifecycle of the project including new business development and landing follow-on work. This is an excellent opportunity for the project lead to drive client satisfaction, own projects end to end and help build and grow the foundation of the LAD practice in the central region.
3-5 years work experience in project management, consulting, HR functions, or psychology industry
Proficiency in all Microsoft office products
Strong interpersonal & client facing skills with demonstrated ability to work across all levels of an organization and to easily establish credibility with the client and subject matter experts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to present to various audiences effectively
Deal or pricing shaping to achieve desired profit margins
Thrives on change with high interest in learning, highly flexible and adaptable
Knowledge or experience in project management methods
Experience or interest in psychometrics/assessment tools and executive coaching is an asset
First Year Deliverables in Central Region
Project plans created, actively managed, and loaded into Invenias for all medium to high client projects
Created processes and templates for RFP processes
Compiled and posted repository of samples and offering packages
Positive trending client satisfaction responses for management of projects
Standardized client reporting
