In order to manage and provide its solutions and services that enable its clients to achieve their business objectives, SuccessFinder is currently seeking a key person to assume the responsibilities of Client Solutions & Success Senior Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Reporting to the Senior Manager and Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s current and future major clients by ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs, business processes, talent management processes and sound human capital management challenges.

You will assume a role as a talent management expert and use your consulting role in the context of projects involving the integration of new clients into the SuccessFinder platform: lead our clients through the process of implementing SuccessFinder, including stakeholder management, communications, and ensuring full-scale implementation and/or renewal. You will need to ensure high satisfaction and high adoption rate among customers using SuccessFinder solutions.

You will actively contribute to the development, improvement or adaptation of SuccessFinder solutions based on client feedback and newly identified opportunities with existing clinets, by ensuring a feedback loop with Product Management and R&D and by assisting the business development team to develop new sales opportunities.

CHALLENGE

In a context of growth, you will have to stay current with the most recent advances and trends in HR management and analytics as well as in the I/O Psychology and Business Management industries. The incumbent of the position will ensure that SuccessFinder is promoted as a reference, essential and credible organization. He will have to develop and ensure a trust relationship quickly with all partners both internally and externally.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field;
  • At least 8 years of work experience in a consulting role (internal or external);
  • Relevant consulting experience in some of the following: delivery of HR technology solutions; organizational development projects; recruitment and selection; talent and leadership development; succession planning; organizational culture; training or workshop delivery;
  • Good understanding of the design, validation and use of talent assessment tools;
  • Skills developed in analysis, data interpretation and problem solving;
  • Ability to provide expert advice & data-based recommendations to all levels of management and HR professionals or experts;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal and negotiate harmoniously with multiple partners; ability to adapt to different types of audiences and ability to communicate with people;
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, take on new challenges, and manage changing priorities/objectives with ease;
  • Ability to define and implement creative business development strategies
  • Sense of organization and autonomy, analytical and results-oriented mind;
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills;
  • Be an energetic, determined and enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in representation demonstrating communication skills;
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
