Job Title:Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

To reflect its passion for growing its business and scaling revenues MHS has created the new position of Chief Revenue Officer. This position is a key member of the executive team, participating actively in strategic planning activities to ensure the continued success of MHS solutions around the world.

Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will have primary responsibility for all revenue-generating activities, including sales, marketing and partnerships. The CRO will lead the drive to significantly increase global revenue and profitability through innovative go-to-market strategies which create long term customer and business value.

A highly skilled and passionate communicator, the CRO will be responsible for the development of strategic, performance, strategy and alignment initiatives. Leading a high caliber, dynamic sales and marketing team, the incumbent will build collaborative relationships with all business partners to drive new product launches and new market development.


  • Develop the annual sales plan and growth targets and executing short, mid and long-term strategies for Sales, Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Engagement.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team in all matters of importance related to the overall success of the business.
  • Provide leadership excellence in the development of global strategy and transformative initiatives.
  • Propel marketing leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Build a winning sales team and organization through recruiting, developing and inspiring team members.
  • Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate compensation metrics and compensation plans.
  • Overall leadership for Marketing, Brand, PR, Media Management.
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Foster a customer-first focused organization.


  • Strong financial analytical and technical skills
  • Advanced degree, MBA or similar required.
  • Proven executive leadership in Sales and Marketing functions for a B2B SaaS business.
  • Global organizational leadership preferred.
  • Successful track record of defining and executing strategic and innovative initiatives which have had a major impact on the company and market performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand how and why clients make decisions, and how to influence them. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, C-level executives, external clients, vendors and channel partners.
  • Extensive experience building high performing global teams and related business units from the ground up.
  • Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations.
  • International travel required.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenues building relationships and leading a large team.
