Chief Revenue Officer – MHS

THE ORGANIZATION

MHS is a technology company focused on the development of innovative scientific assessments that help improve the quality of life for individuals and communities around the world.

As a leading publisher of scientifically validated assessments for more than 30 years, Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) serves clients in educational, clinical, corporate talent, public safety, government, military, pharmaceutical, and research settings.

MHS is an international company with products sold in more than 75 countries and translated into over 50 languages. With offices in North America and partners around the world, MHS is dedicated to strong product growth, an optimal user experience, and being digitally and globally driven.

From selecting and developing the best talent, to helping parole boards determine who is granted release from incarceration, MHS Assessments are used in a wide range of critical decision-making processes. MHS’ clinical tools are trusted to inform psychological diagnoses that can impact prescribed medication, therapy, or treatment programs for children (such as the Connors suite of ADHD assessments and the Autism Spectrum Rating Scales) and adults (the Emotional Quotient Inventory ‘EQ-I 2.0’). In the workplace, MHS Talent Assessments help inform hiring decisions, develop staff, and improve organization and team dynamics.

To quote the CEO, Hazel Wheldon, “MHS has always been at the forefront of providing digital solutions to our customers and we continue to strive to ensure that those solutions reflect the most up to date technologies, the best experience for our clients and their clients, and that the solutions contribute to the ability to gain insight and better understand the people we work with so that we can add the most value to their lives. “

MHS has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies since 2013, earning the distinction of Gold Standard Winner.  Also, Most Admired Corporate culture since 2017, and winner of the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award for 2019.

MHS has dramatically changed over the past 30+ years, from a paper-based publisher of psychology assessments to a data driven solution provider, using advanced technological toolset to help clients evaluate, track and leverage human-centric data to provide comprehensive evaluations and uncover powerful insights.

Their mission statement reflects their commitment, “to consistently advance our science and research capability because progress has no limits”.  In their words, ” We provide data-driven solutions across our core disciplines. With advanced toolsets, we help clients evaluate, track, and leverage human-centric data to realize potential.”
