The Organization

When we say, we treat one another like friends and family, we really mean it! That’s why cultural fit is so important to us. We genuinely care about one another and treat one another with familiarity but also respect. We are all obsessed with protecting the things our members care about most so even when we disagree (and we do!), we know we’re on the same side. Knowing that, allows us to push boundaries and take risks – even when the decisions we have to make are hard or may feel unfair. We push one another to do better while at the same time recognizing that the best of our work is always a result of working together. We take care of one another and the assets we have that allow us to deliver for our members every day. We believe in Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Innovation, Stewardship, Open and Honest Communication and Collaboration.  We celebrate together, commiserate together and laugh together. We laugh a lot. It’s what family does.
