Our client is a leader in major project and joint venture litigation. They are the go-to firm for large upstream producers and midstream entities in joint venture and contract disputes surrounding facilities, wells and pipelines.

The firm is the first call for business litigation for a select group of top industry participants in the province, including Canadian subsidiaries of major international entities. Their clients are sophisticated consumers who make strategic decisions when choosing counsel to represent them in litigation disputes, and they continue to select the firm as their litigation counsel of choice.

The firm offers an effective national platform for multi-province disputes. The firm has offices across Canada. For their clients in Alberta, this means that they can effectively represent local and national companies with operations in Alberta who are facing nationwide litigation.
