BMO’s A&D Advisory team is integrated with BMO Financial Group’s Investment & Corporate Banking finance partners to provide industry-leading services for mergers and acquisitions in the energy industry. BMO’s A&D Advisory team of professional engineers, geologists, and other specialists provides technical and market expertise to help clients evaluate and execute potential acquisitions or maximize value for dispositions. The BMO A&D Advisory team is highly experienced and has executed hundreds of asset and corporate mandates for domestic and international clients across all areas of western Canada and beyond.
Job Title:Associate, A&D Engineer
Reports to:Co-Head & Managing Director, A&D Advisory|Energy
Reporting to the Co-Head & Managing Director, A&D Advisory, Energy the Associate, A&D Engineer is responsible for completing, coordinating and leading detailed economic and technical analysis including the integration of engineering, geological and financial information, and will work on a variety of divestiture, acquisition and merger mandates for domestic and international clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to construct and present business development content in the form of studies, market updates, economic performance analysis, and valuation of conventional and unconventional plays, companies and other such upstream work.
