Neuromanagement Leadership Program

Our Neuromanagement Leadership Program is effective because it aligns with our natural, neuronal learning processes. Each of the 4 program components – neuroscience, SuccessFinder assessment, pod coaching, and one-on-one coaching – compliment one another to form a holistic, 11-week program that accelerates development and immediately improves performance.

The program is led by Dr. Carlos Davidovich, MD, MBA, EMCC. Carlos is a professor of Neuromanagement in the MBA program at the University of New York in Prague and a guest lecturer for the EMBA program at the Rotman School of Management in Toronto. He is a faculty member at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, and a member of the Neuroleadership Institute and the NeuroMarketing Science & Business Association.

Program Components

 builds awareness of the scientific foundations of human behavior, enabling leaders to become more adept at decision making, innovating, influencing, and collaborating.

SuccessFinder enables individuals and organizations to make better career and talent decisions. It is the only assessment tool to measure 85 behavioural traits and 35 career themes, and then  benchmark those results against 500+ careers.

Pod Coaching sessions facilitate collaboration and learning among peer groups of 10-15 people. Each session is an opportunity for skills development and experiential learning in a judgement free, interactive space.
