Tricia Mullen

Tricia is our Market Leader in Edmonton, and also leads our public-sector Executive Search team and our Board Recruitment practice in the Edmonton market.

Tricia is responsible for filling key leadership positions across government, academia, healthcare, not-for-profit sectors, and board governance. She is very proud of the community-building work that her team oversees. Tricia’s authenticity, values, and strong intuition enable her to build lasting partnerships with both her clients and candidates.

Prior to joining Optimum Talent in 2010, Tricia spent more than eleven years with one of Canada’s largest privately held professional recruitment firms. While in the position of Vice President of Corporate Services, the firm was named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies and one of Canada’s Profit 100 firms. Additionally, as a Senior Consultant on the Information Technology team, Tricia’s accomplishments were recognized with admission to the “Top Performers” group at the Platinum level in consecutive years.

Tricia is a graduate of the University of Alberta’s Bachelor of Commerce program, where she established relationships that she continues to uphold today. She is honored to volunteer her time to Canada’s largest social service delivery organization in their fundraising efforts. In her downtime, Tricia loves to join her kids in exploring the city, the province, the country, and the world.
