Rebecca is a member of Optimum Talent’s Corporate Services team as an Operational Efficiencies Consultant. Her extensive knowledge of the workings of all lines of businesses has led to her expertise in providing support through project management, process documentation, and the onboarding of all new colleagues.
She joined Optimum Talent in 2010 as a Client Services Administrator, supporting the Ottawa Career Transition team. Since then, she has held progressive positions and responsibilities such as working with the Leadership Assessment & Development team as a Senior Project Coordinator and Project Lead, helping to establish best practices and standards across the country.
Rebecca dreams in color-coded spreadsheets, which have been leveraged by her housing co-operative Board of Directors to improve their overall processes while managing the strategic operations and long-term planning. She holds a diploma in International Business as well as certificates in Social Media.
