I believe that everyone has the potential to develop, which is why I like to work with people who have the desire to learn, to accomplish and to evolve; men and women who have the humility to lend themselves to the introspection exercises necessary for change. My favourite motto, let’s make things happen!, is a testament to my propensity for action, an attitude that is prized in coaching.
My sensitivity, my great ability to listen, my empathy, my rigour and my strong organization efforts are traits that are valued and recognized by my coachees.
Over the course of my career I have accompanied more than 300 senior executives in their leadership development and have hundreds of hours of coaching training. With my entrepreneurial spirit, I have more than 30 years of experience at the head of companies in a variety of sectors in business consulting for finance & administration, engineering, and coaching. Deeply involved in my professional practice as a coach, I was President of the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation’s Quebec chapter for several years.
