Janine Robin

Janine is a Vice President, Search Solutions with our Edmonton office. She originally joined Optimum Talent as a member of the Corporate Services team in December 2018 in the role of Marketing and Communications Manager.  Organized and focused, Janine’s experience fuels her motivation to understand the goal and outcome of every project or Search. Janine’s experience in Corporate allowed her to benefit from the mentorship of our professional colleagues across all sectors and eventually switched roles into our Search Practice to pursue her recruitment aspirations. Janine is now responsible for candidate generation and assessment to ensure the people we bring to the table for your Search can do the job, share your passion, and fit with your team and culture.

As an active member of Edmonton’s community, Janine sits on the Lois Hole Hospital Women’s Society Executive Steering Committee, is a member of the Events Sub-Committee, and was previously a mentor through the non-profit interVivos mentorship program.  Janine is also a Sustainer with the Junior League of Edmonton where she has held many committee/board positions throughout her time as an Active Member. When she’s not at work, Janine is happiest spending time and making memories with her family and loved ones.
