He excels at identifying and attracting C-Suite and Executive Talent, implementing large-scale leadership development and executive coaching programs, and advising clients on how to effectively leverage Optimum Talent’s proprietary HR technologies for assessment and outplacement.
Chris specializes in supporting marquis clients who are undergoing significant growth, scaling and transforming their operations, navigating restructurings and M&A activity, as well as helping prepare leadership teams for the future.
