Charmaine brings over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and talent and leadership development professional. She has worked with top firms in various industries, with a depth in insurance, professional services, automotive and small/start-up businesses.

As an ICF Credentialed Coach, she has coached leaders globally at all stages of their careers whether they are preparing to transition, are in transition, or are expanding their leadership presence in their current or for future roles. As a Practitioner, she brings deep expertise in leadership, resilience, emotional intelligence, and team performance and has a passion for helping others bring joy and fun back into their work and lives. As a Learning Strategist & Architect, Charmaine has designed, developed, and delivered several global leadership workshops and programs, including an award-winning program she was the Development Lead on for a Big 4 accounting firm.  As a Facilitator, Speaker, and part-time Professor of Business & Entrepreneurship at Humber, she thrives when she is connecting, facilitating learning and behaviour change and inspiring others.

Charmaine brings a business mindset with a real-life, hands-on approach. She aims to create positive change in others to help improve their personal and business success, through sustainable, actionable change.
