Cathy joined Optimum Talent in 2021 as Vice President, Business Development, Integrated Talent Management. She is responsible for helping organizations drive client success by accelerating their talent. Cathy’s mandate is to grow new and existing business across all lines of business – leadership, assessment + development, search solutions, and career transition. In addition, Cathy partners across brands and leverages the deep relationships within Gallagher to create comprehensive opportunities.
Prior to joining Optimum Talent, Cathy spent over 20 working for a global consulting firm providing innovative workforce solutions. A strategic sales executive, Cathy has held a variety of senior sales roles leading and growing business through new business development, client retention, and channel partnerships. She has extensive experience working within SMB to enterprise markets, across a variety of industries including oil and gas, pharmaceutical, financial services, and telecommunications.
Throughout her career, Cathy has honed a consultative and collaborative approach with her clients. She is known for creating authentic, long-lasting relationships and helping clients solve their business and talent challenges.
When Cathy is not in the office you can find her volunteering at the Food Bank or actively being involved with her community as she is on the Board for the Rosedale Day School.
