April is an integral team player who has been supporting clients at Optimum Talent for 15 years. As Coordinator Client Services, April has expertise in managing both individual service requirements and complex large-scale workforce restructuring projects. She also brings attention to detail to her role by understanding the bigger picture and establishing well-organized systems.

Recognized for building long-term collaborative client relationships and possessing a strong customer service orientation, April has earned the trust and respect of many key customers. She has been instrumental in helping to establish more complex reporting capabilities and providing deeper analytics on engagement.

April is the Canadian liaison for Career Star Group, an international organization comprised of organizations that provide career transition services in over 80 countries. Through this strategic partnership, we are able to execute global support to multinational companies in multiple countries with the same standard of excellence that we deliver nationally.
