Andrea is a professional administrator for Optimum Talent, working as Coordinator with the Leadership, Assessment + Development group and previously as Manager, Administration for Career Transition. With more than 20 years of experience in the career management sector, Andrea has worked with clients in transition as well as companies looking to enhance their leadership teams.
Andrea brings her attention to detail to the role by understanding the bigger picture and establishing well-organized systems. She has been the main point of contact for database and program administration and reporting. With a strong customer service focus, Andrea tries to anticipate others’ needs.
Following her graduation from the Executive Assistant program as the recipient of the honour of the IBM Award, Andrea worked in manufacturing, publishing, banking, and human resources, supporting senior executives and their teams. She has a love for languages and has been teaching herself Russian for several years – though she doesn’t expect to ever graduate.
