Sue is a corporate director with over 25 years of energy sector experience.
She is currently a director of Enerplus Corporation, TransGlobe Energy Corporation, Freehold Royalties Ltd and FortisAlberta Inc. She has also served on the boards of the Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter and Safe Haven Foundation as well as numerous for-profit, not-for-profit, private and academic advisory boards.
In her corporate career, most recently Sue was Chief Operating Officer at Oilsands Quest Inc. Prior to that, Sue spent twelve years at Petro-Canada in progressive strategic, operational and technical roles, including Vice President Human Resources and Vice-President In Situ Oilsands Development and Operations. Her industry experience also includes 14 years with Amoco Canada in a variety of engineering and leadership roles.
Sue holds a B. Eng (Mech) from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Calgary, is an Institute of Corporate Directors- certified director and a life member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.
Kelly’s cross functional leadership experience includes more than 25 years in senior executive positions in the telecom sector at Nortel Networks and Bell Canada, where she led diverse groups including Corporate Strategy, Sales and Marketing, R&D, and Business Development. She also served as the President of a Canadian Nortel subsidiary, TTS Meridian Systems.
Following her career in the telecom sector Kelly assumed the position of CEO of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), and then moved on to lead the national Career Solutions Practice of a Canadian professional services firm.
Kelly has served as a Board Director for numerous organizations including Allstate Canada, The Interprovincial Lottery Corporation, Career Star Group, and the Toronto Region Board of Trade. Currently, she acts as an Executive Advisor for BDC, and is the Board Chair of two not-for-profit organizations, Career Edge and The Clifton Foundation.
Kelly is a graduate of the Director’s Education Program at the University of Toronto (The Institute of Corporate Directors, ICD.D) and has attended the Stanford University Directors program.
Richard is an experienced business leader, who is respected and recognized as a strong strategic adviser. He has over 30 years of experience in business management, business transformation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Currently, Richard is President & Chief Executive Officer at Manulife Quebec, where he is responsible for the development, deployment, and execution of a strategy to strengthen the position of Manulife in the province, and support the mission and vision of the company.
Prior to joining Manulife Quebec, Richard held several executives positions including roles as President & Chief Executive Officer of Americas Region at BDO International, and President & Chief Executive Officer at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal. He is a Fellow and member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec, and of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
Ken Pustai has worked in the Human Resources field most of his career with senior management experience in the manufacturing and financial services sectors.
After graduating from Western University, he joined Ford Motor Company of Canada where over 14 years he held senior Industrial Relations positions and was a key member of the Ford Master Negotiating Committee.
Ken transitioned to the Financial Services sector in 1990, joining London Insurance Group where he served as a member of the Senior Executive Team. His accountability included leadership of the HR function and leadership of the Group Insurance Sales and Service network.
In 1998, Ken joined Canada Trust as leader of the HR function and transitioned to TD Bank in 2000 with their acquisition of CT. Ken progressed to the HR leadership role within TD Bank and retired from full time employment in 2008. He continued to work for TD on a contractual basis until late 2015 providing HR and leadership consulting.
Ken continues to consult with organizations and individuals on HR and leadership matters and served the community through various volunteer leadership roles including the Halton Multicultural Centre, the United Way, the Adaptive Ski Program at the Holimont Ski Club.
Dave’s human resource, talent management, and business experience includes more than 20 years as a senior executive with Xerox Canada. During his tenure, Dave held various leadership positions that spanned human resource strategy, policy development, employee relations, compensation, talent and culture initiatives, industrial labour relations, change management, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Dave held a variety of roles in sales and sales management.
Dave has a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and is a graduate of the Columbia University Executive Education Program.
